Because “larger than life” and “Las Vegas” go hand in hand, the folks at Caesars who brought us the High Roller (A.K.A. the world’s highest observation wheel) have debuted Yoga in the Sky, an unforgettable yoga experience offering panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, skyline and beyond. I immediately thought this would be a perfect activity for a bachelorette party or an all-gal’s birthday celebration, here’s why:
Soaring to 550 feet, the High Roller – which is an even bigger version of the iconic London Eye – boasts twenty-eight large glass-enclosed cabins and makes a full revolution every 30 minutes. During Yoga in the Sky, the cabins, which normally hold up to 40 people, accommodate up to 6 guests and make two rotations, for a one-hour session.
Adventurous yogis are guided through the experience by an instructor and music via a headset, allowing guests to have a soothing, focused session while still taking in sweeping views. Guests are welcomed to bring their own mat or borrow a mat provided by lululemon athletica™ at nearby Fashion Show Mall. Guests will also receive a High Roller-branded water bottle, perfect for hydrating pre and post their Vegas night(s) out.
-> Yes, that’s Giada De Laurentiis. She was one of the first to experience Yoga in the Sky. She does have a restaurant nearby, after all! <-
Now ladies, how fun would it be to do this with a bunch of gals? I know what’ll be on my agenda during my next trip to Vegas!
Fine print: Guests must book at least 24 hours in advance to reserve their experience. Sessions are available seven days per week from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $75 per person.* A premium sunset option is available Monday through Wednesday at $85 per person and the time fluctuates seasonally with the setting sun. Private, one-on-one yoga sessions are available at $250 per person or $300 for a couple. Five sessions can be purchased for $325 per person. Each experience includes a one-hour yoga session (two rotations), one complimentary High Roller reusable water bottle and the use of a yoga mat.
