Dinosaurs Invade Downtown Stamford!

Arts & Culture, Destinations, New England

If you’ve driven through Downtown Stamford recently, I’m sure you’ve noticed the city’s dinosaur invasion. It’s hard to miss the 40 (yes, 40!) originally designed and painted fiberglass dinosaurs, on display through summer.

Stamford Downtown’s Art in Public Spaces, an annual outdoor sculpture exhibit, brings excitement and whimsy to the city’s streets, inciting joy, laughter and intrigue amongst spectators of all ages.

With this much eye-candy, running errands is a joy! In past years the subjects have included horses and cows – I wonder what 2016 will bring!
